Etobicoke is Toronto’s western district, stretching from the shores of Lake Ontario up through Rexdale and Humber Summit. The area is anchored by a diverse mix of established neighbourhoods: South Etobicoke’s Long Branch and Mimico offer waterfront access and mid-rise condo development; Central Etobicoke (Islington, Etobicoke Village) delivers walkable suburban living with strong schools; and North Etobicoke presents some of the GTA’s most accessible entry-level detached homes for first-time buyers and investors.

GO Transit serves Long Branch and Mimico for downtown commuters, and quick QEW/Hwy 427 access makes Etobicoke one of the most connected communities in the city.
